Best CPM for a new site starting out?

I made a new website a few days ago and I'm looking to at least get SOME advertising on it that are CPM based. Any reputable CPM agencies out there anyone could recommend that accept beginner/low traffic websites?

Lukads accepts your website no matter the amount of traffic it gets (As long as it complies with the ToS of course). You get a 95% revenue share, and you can set the minimum price for your website yourself!

The bad grammar alone on that website makes me not trust it, as well as the fact that you have it as a link under your post.

I have it linked because I'm part of the Lukads Team. Could you please point out where you see bad grammar?

How much traffic do you get?
Most of the time, it's better to go with PPC if you have low traffic rather than CPM. But, I would recommend not putting any advertisements and building an image and building up your website before you put up ads for revenue.
But, here are some good low traffic req CPM networks:
    Adbrite
    Fidelity-Media
    Smowtion

They don't give too great rates. But, you can manipulate Adbrite to get you some nice rates. It does take time before you get them, but it does work. All I have to say is... moderate your ads. ;)

It takes a while to get effective results using CPM. I'd say it is safe to stick with Adbrite for now but it can really take a long time if you don't have enough traffic :(

Why would you recommend PPC? It's not so much I'm looking for revenue at the moment, but more along the lines of wanting my users to get USE to there being advertisements on my site before anything else. Right now I'm getting around 300 uniques a month

    "Advantages

You get 95% of the revenue share! This is almost the full price advertisers pay and is most likely the highest amount you'll ever get.
Another unique feature is that you can set your own minima! "

I'll have it looked at, except for the "getting 95% of the revenue share" I don't see anything wrong, but hey, I'm not a language specialist =D
Anyway, I still recommend you to give it a try. 95% is the highest percentage you'll find.
With the given revenue share it's obvious that we're not after money. We just want to establish a great ad network that doesn't cut off half of what the advertisers pay (unlike the other networks out there). The 5% that we take is merely for expenses that Lukads makes, so don't worry about getting paid because we will pay you.
I hope that by explaining this you got more trust in Lukads, and will thus give it a try.

The fact that "minima!" is either a typo or grammatically incorrect and that it's right there staring you in the face is really really really worrying me now. You either meant to imply a "minimum" or the actual definition of minima meaning you have to now organize multiple minimums on a financial level. I wasn't focusing on the "95%" aspect in that statement, merely that there are typos and bad grammar through out the website. I'm not gonna go fact checking every page that's listed on the site for you. Just trust me when I say, it needs to either be spell checked or taken through a MS Word Document badly because it looks very unprofessional. :(

    Im Agree to Longtime,
Cpm based is not recomended for New Sites, i will suggest CPC,CPA instead of using CPM, CPM is also based on your Site Convertion..so basicaly Low Trafic wont give a Good Convertion.

try XtendMedia,ReduxMedia for CPM, and Adbrite and Adsense For CPC

    Cheers

You are right. It's the first thing I'll make work off, and thank you for pointing this out. I'd just like to mention though that the quality of the grammar isn't related to the quality of the system. I know that it creates such impression, so that's why I tell you this.

    Hello,

I would suggest to try Fidelity Media Brand Safe Remnant Traffic Network. We are extending our network and welcoming new publishers. We accept low traffic websites but no less than 30k imps/month though.

Did you even read the thread or are you just trying to get lazy advertising for your company your promoting, if 30K views a month is too much, what would make you think 5K views a day would meet my needs?!?!

Yes, Fidelity Media requires this volume of ad impressions as a minimum. However, we do accept sites with less impressions on a case by case basis.
