which is the best cpm/cpc network for gambling sites? i had an idea about refer back but they deal in cpa.... any idea about cpm/cpc..
the best for gambling sites are usually affiliate/referral links for signups. Big gambling will usually pay more than you would get from normal advertising programs (CPC/CPM). I think though potential revenues will be hit by the USA legislation banning non-usa based gambling businesses from taking USA citizens credit cards.

If people want to go up to their ears in debt by being stupid enough to gamble on gambling websites, that's their business! Although I suppose the idea is to keep the revenue pouring into America's casinos so they can get the tax money from it.
