Hi, i have a site with a forum, so i am planning to place cpm ads there, what is the best cpm system for forums?
CPM networks in genral don't like forum sites as they tend to generate lots of pageviews per unique, and not a great ctr. CPC and CPA networks are less bothered by ctr as they only pay for each click or sale/sign-up that users make, and so are generally more likely to accept form sites. Burst sometimes accepts forums and would be worth an application, otherwise maybe try CPX Interactive, Right Media, Joetec or other Yield Manager networks. I have had good results from AdSense though -Tim
Hi Dalster44: Yield Manager is the technology platform that powers the Right Media Exchange (RMX). The networks mentioned as "Yield Manager" networks are networks that are participants in the RIght Media Exchange, and thus using the Yield Manager technology. You could refer to them as the Right Media Exchange networks. "RMX Direct" is a product of Right Media--it allows your ad networks to compete for your ad impressions. It's in beta, but you can request an invite from direct.rightmedia.com Cheers!
I don't think that there are any cpm sites that accepts proxy sites :| for forum I think that you should try out some networks to see which fits best to your site.. now also depends what traffic you have
