best CPM company for a travel site ?

    trying with adBrite (cpc) but was wondering
    if instead i could use a CPM banner.

    can i use a graphical CPM banner along with other by CJ and Amazon and Adsense (text+image) ?

    and if yes, what's the best company for non-adult CPM ?
    tried Casale Media in the past but got refused :(
