I don't run many banners, just AdBrite banners. AdBrite banners pay really miserably. They convert 90% of your banners to PPC text links. But if you want PPC text links and can't get on AdSense, I do recommend AdBrite for PPC and some interstitials, they just aren't good on banners at all. AdSense is better.

I run CPM popups/popunders from PayPopUp.com, they also do CPM banners, but I don't use them. PayPopUp pays $1.80 CPM on the popups with activex or $1.44 CPM without activex. They only pay about $0.20 CPM on the banners, so that's not too good. Sign up to PayPopUp with the link in my signature if you want to.

If you can get approved and have a good site, then look at ValueClick Media, Casale Media and Burst Media, but you are likely to get denied if you don't have lots of traffic.

So, take your pick, lots of networks to try!

I'd also like to know some good CPM banner networks for a new website I'm starting, so I'm requesting more replies!

I know CPX Interactive, but I've heard bad things about them. I'm pretty sure PayPopup is an open network: I didn't have to wait for approval.

Check out this list of CPM networks :). The first one should be the best choice, since they pays up to 1.80$ per 1000 impressions of popup banner (UK/US traffic), and after a while with them You can add additional inpage banner for 0.25$ Which gives You 2.05$/visit (from UK/US)

Pay-Ads is malware. DO NOT use them. Your site will get blacklisted by Google.

Here is a post I did a few days ago. Its the cpm networks that I use which are reputable and some of the best and top paying networks that some of the big sites use.

I've never had a problem with either one of them.

You can give TextAdMarket a try. (see sig) It is a "pay per day" flat price structure. If your website brings in the same amount of traffic each day, this is very very close to CPM. When one of your Ad sells, you are guaranteed to get the same amount of it each day. Also, you can name your own price.

Yes exactly. We don't display ads across our network. The only time an Ad will be displayed is if your ad space is purchased for x number of days by an advertiser. In the meantime, your ad will say something along the lines of "Advertise Here: $0.40 /day". After you create a text banner and install the ad code, you will be given a stats and ordering page. So, if you are so inclined, you can sell your own ad space on forums such as DP. Here is an example ad page with stats and order info: http://www.textadmarket.com/buy_details.php?id=40

Hope you give it a try. We just launched into beta mode, so we need all the publishers we can get to grow our network.
