CPX pay you anywhere from 5 cents to 30 cents per 1000 impression. It's really random and also depend on your conversion. Min is 50$ NET 30 and yes they do pay via paypal.
Last year I tested ValueClickMedia.com for two months. They pay with paypal, and Min payment is $25. I got aroung $0.30 CPM, but I not used their default campaigns, because their low CPM (around $0.10 CPM). However I used my own default campaigns with CPA banners. Around 80% of impression fall into my default campaigns. NOTE: Default campaigns are used as fillers and are displayed when there are no primary campaigns available.
I use the first listing on the site in my sig. I use this on my entertainment site and am currently earning a min of $0.45 CPM on banner ads. I find it pays good money for me compared to a large majority of the others out there. I have been paid every month, on time, every time. Good support as well. I use 3 banner ads per page so the earnings that is mentioned on a cpm in my sig is tripled when it comes to page CPM. Other than that, VCM is another good one. Good luck.
Well do this advertiser http://www.cpxinteractive.com/ pay also for clicks to the banner and also any commission for any sale???? or they just pay for only the impressions.. if they pay for clicks then how much will they pay...????
