The most common for windows is plesk another newer (but much less common) is DotNetPanel. Both have their tradeoffs but plesk reminds me more of cPanel. Cheers!
DNP seems a good control panel, but their staff is not very friendly, from my pre-sales experience. Helm, Ensim, Hosting Controller are other Windows control panels.
There are quite a few on the market Hosting Controller Helm Plesk Dot Net Panel Ensim I personally prefer Hosting Controller, that was the oldest Windows Controlpanel on the market. Cpanel is coming out with its own Windows version. Have not heard of it still.
That is still in beta stage so beta testers may have it but I dont think any host has it for live production..
That's true, Plesk is the most closer to Cpanel. DotNetPanel, however, has many good options too. Other control panels for Windows include Hosting Controller, Ensim for Windows (one of the older in the market), Helm and H-Sphere.
Beta is normally sometime away and it is dangerous to use the controlpanel that is just out of the market. It would be safer to wait till it stabilize. No point being the guinea pig.
I don't think Plesk panel is really good option as its basically depend on the database therefore cPanel is the only best option but its not successful as compare on linux servers therefore try to switch the Linux Server, it will help you to save money as well
