    Honestly it is a tough question to answer but yet it is easy.
    I use MANY CPA Networks, but i found out that azoogle is best for me

    i would say Market Leverage. I like them very much and affiliate managers and helpful.

    For me I have been very happy with:
    Market Leverage
    The BizOppNetwork
    ROI Rocket

    all 3 have great affiliate managers and good solid offers with high payouts
