Best CPA Networks that don`t requiere Phone Activation

I want to get here the list of the Best CPA Networks that don`t requiere Phone Activation

Why i`m doing this ?

1. Because i`m an international member and i don`t speak very good english , and i don`t have accent
2. i have speaking with affiliates managers at phone
3. a lot of people don`t want to be bothered at the phone by the affiliates managers

SO

everybody that knows a CPA Network that doesn`t need phone activation please say it and a little description about it ( if they want ) , and their sucess with the respective network

I think noone is interested because EVERY affiilate network verifies over the phone now which i hate.

 

if they didn't verify over the phone this industry would go down the drain.
