Best Competitor Analysis Tool or Software?

Hi,

Can any of you know the best Tool or software which create a report for competitor analysis?

If I give my site and my competitor website with keywords and the software create me best report for that.

Please advice...Urgent.

I think compete.com is good.

 

Although some softwares can be found which provide some generally created reports on the stats and status of the websites, but you may not find a full featured application providing details about all backlinks your competitors have and how they are optimizing their sites.
