Best Commercial Self-hosted Web Analytics

I'm looking around for some commercial self-hosted web analytics software. I'm not looking to pay thousands of dollars for ultra high-end software, but something comparable to Google Analytics and something I can configure myself.

I already use Google Analytics, but I'd like to move away from it (primarily for security reasons and so I physically own the data I'm collecting, not someone else).

I already have awstats and all those free ones installed through cpanel, but I'm looking for something really good. Commercial or free is fine with me, but I would love some suggestions that you guys have.

    Thanks!

Rep will be added for great contributions :)

I am using Urchin which was provided by the thePlanet with Windows box! and since Urchin has been purchased by Google Analystics.. so you get the features of Analytics but self-hosted.

just my two cents thoughts.. i'm very happy with urchin!

Celebs, that's a good idea -- I didn't know Urchin still provided self-hosted downloads for purchase.

Do you have a link to purchase it? I looked around their site, but most links just go back to Google now.

Edit: have snooping around, I found that they do offer it -- through Google: http://www.google.com/analytics/support_partner_provided.html

Thanks. I'll bring this up at our Web Analytics Meetup next week here in NYC.
