Best commenting plugin for wordpress

i have seen commenting systems in wordpress that allow commenters to link to their url with their name as an anchor tag. what plugin is this

 

No plugin. WordPress comes out of the box with that enabled.

 

yes wordpress comes with that enabled by default..but those links are under nofollow tag which menas search engines don't recognize those links. As per a new concept-link love we bloggers are using a dofollow plugin which makes all these links in comments dofollow.

All search engines recognize the links. Google doesn't pass PR from nofollow links.

 

I'm not sure if they pass general SERP juice or not...(not pr) i think they do not count such links for improving your serps...

 

I want to offer some juice....i wouldn't even mind them putting in some anchor text if i could figure out how to limit it to 3 words

 

There is a new plugin in Wordpress that disables that "nofollow" attribute.
Every blogger should consider a dofollow to encourage comments from fellow bloggers.
