I just use aweber for the email submit and download instructions. Are you trying to do this manually? Or are you looking for code for an actual squeeze page?
I am not certain what I am looking for I have a code for forms on line (i use it as a contact) but what i need to do is set something up so when a person types in an email a ebook is sent automaticly to that address
