We are now in final testing stages for a new Advanced adult directory with some good money streams in it. If anyone is interested in a demo, let me know and i will go over it with you. This is a custom CMS that we've been working on for some time now.
Joomla without a doubt. Wordpress is too basic in my experience and others like Joomla aren't intuitive enough. I've built a number of sites using Joomla and have always been happy.
Agreeing with Andrei_RO on this one. http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/living/dating-a-relationships/12205 is a perfect component for this kind of website. On the other hand, this thread is seemingly old and perhaps you already went on with a solution. Mind sharing with us your work/results? Claudia A.
Why people keep placing dating scripts in the same basket as escort scripts never ceases to amaze me. Lack of experience in the escort marketing field perhaps? Thou its nice to see people contributing and trying to make constructive suggestions so +1 for the effort. Sure it looks similar but there is a whole world of differences hidden in the "fine print". Dating sites are inherently membership oriented where escort directories are more of a classifieds "pay to publish" type of sites. And thats only one of quite a few differences that make these scripts mutually incompatible. The CMS choice should be made based on personal preferences but also on the planned sites scale and structure. Wordpress is kind of still leaving some things to be desired in this market but there are other Open Source options, and the CMS choice should most definitely be Open Source if one expects consistent and continuing updates and development. In any case for escort websites use purpose built escort module/plugin/extension and for dating sites do the same. As I said earlier these two markets are mutually incompatible so if you plan on adapting one for the other you are in for more trouble and disappointment than its worth.
Almost 2016, Marry Xmas to all. I am interested if there is a world guide fpr escorts scrpt or template for worldpress or joomla. All posts here are old and with out interest. Thank you

some alternative approaches that might be helpful: Explore Adult-Specific Platforms: There might be specialized website builders or platforms designed for adult content. Research these options thoroughly to ensure they comply with local laws and have the features you need. Consider a Different Directory Type: Perhaps you could create a directory with a different focus that aligns with the terms of service of most CMS platforms. This could involve focusing on hobbies, interests, or other legal categories.
WordPress with a directory plugin like GeoDirectory or Listify could work well—it’s user-friendly and has a lot of customization options for forms, payment gateways, and ad management. You can use plugins like WPForms for creating different signup forms and integrate WooCommerce or Stripe for payments. If you’re looking for something more robust out of the box, Joomla with extensions like J-BusinessDirectory or Drupal with its directory modules can provide greater control, though they come with a steeper learning curve. Make sure to prioritize security, as adult services directories can attract spam or malicious activity. Use SSL, secure hosting, and regular backups to safeguard data. Research local regulations as well, as these platforms often operate in a gray area legally depending on location.
