Joomla should do it. Drupal is also good but not as simple as Joomla.

My suggestion is Drupal or Joomla. Joomla is simple and flexible content management system. You can change it to what you want.

Never use Joomla for anything - period. Its not secure and its bloatware.

Do a search of the digitalpoint forums for joomla hacked, and see how many results you get. Then go do a google search of how secure joomla is. After reading through the "Please help me, my joomla site was hacked" threads on various support forums, you will change your mind on joomla.

If you do use joomla, and your site gets hacked - do not say that you were not warned.

There are only 2 CMSs that I recommend at this time, and those are Drupal and Wordpress. Both are secure and less bloated then joomla.

Between drupal and wordpress, I prefer wordpress. Mainly because its secure, has a light server foot print - meaning it takes up very little server resources when processing a page -, is updated on a regualr basis, and has more plugins then you can count.
