I am using typo and it is really good . you can have one site with different language i content and you can manage all these from one control panel.it is really good if you use it effectively . You need to be typo developer if you want to use it.

Joomla gets my vote everytime. I have built a lot of sites with Joomla and some of them seem to be doing quite well I used to use wordpress but i kept on getting hacked all the time.
honestly i tried Joomla before wordpress and HATED IT... reason being is because its sooo much more complicated and hard to user... wordpress is soo user friendly and easy to customize unlike joomla or drupal
Drupal is the best CMS for SEO. I can certainly agree that in my experience sites get listed and indexed very well. Tools like Path and Pathauto really help as google loves page paths that are logical and differentiate different information. In addition the performance stuff in google also helps as its now using speed as a ranking element.
