Best CMS for gallery type websites?

I'm looking for a script where people can sign up, post their images, and get rated/commented on it. Sort of a deviantart/rateme site, I guess. I'm looking for high site customization because I don't want my site to look the same as everyone else's who has the script. I want to use my own layout and not select one from some limited choices.

And for kicks, a forum perhaps? I would like it if my users didn't have to sign up again to participate in the forum.

Also, something that is good for SEO, ie. they might have the name someone submitted the picture in the alt tag and in the url.

You might try out the Wordpress & gallery2 process. Search for wpg2 for the details.

Is there one geared more towards the community? WPG2 seems to be for the author to post their own pictures. I'm sort of looking for something where users can post their own pictures and have them commented/rated by other users. Sort of like deviantart(subject's completely different, though).

Photopost is something I've seen work well with online forums - good cross-platform compatability, too.
