Best CMS for a themes site?

    What's the best free CMS for a site where you will be able to buy or download for free themes / layouts / templates?

    Try Drupal...is free and it has hundreds of modules and templates

    Joomla should be your best choice if you want to get a lot of free template or theme.

    Drupal is a great CMS application as well, but its community is much smaller than Joomla so that it would be hard for you to get a lot of free module, template, etc.

    If you know little programming then go with Drupal otherwise use Joomla.
