Best click so far €4,78 but....

    I have a site that gets around 900 - 1400 unique hits a day and have Adsense banners in the header, middle and footer of the site. The clicks normally average around 12 cents per click but today I get 1 click for €4,78 then back to normal again! How can these clicks range from around 3 cents to €4,78?

    Such clicks are off-content clicks.
    They are due to adsense showing ads different from your content.

    It seems so unreliable, one day I am getting good high paid clicks the next I am getting 1 cents. I don't want people leaving my site for 1 cents!!!! I want to only show ads on my site that are worth 10 cents plus when a user leaves the site by clicking an advert. I have even had a click that didn't pay!!! WHAT IS THAT ABOUT???
