Does anybody know good "click per lead" affiliate programs, the ones i have seen require signups that involve entering credit card details, this can be very off putting.
What do you mean by click per lead? If you get paid for just clicking your link, that is Pay Per Click them, not per lead. Usually per click offers pay a few cents maximum per click. Try the ClixGalore program (similar to Commission Junction). They have some programs paying per click.
your probably thinking about "pay per lead", there are tons of those type of offers on affiliate networks such as azoogle or clickbooth.
