I don't live in a city (anymore) but I do enjoy where I live: it's small, friendly, pretty much crime-free.. I can walk down the middle of most streets whenever I like without worrying about traffic.
MOntezuma, Costa Rica ... not really a city, more like a big community of hippies from the US and cool locals
Id bet all cities with over 8 million people have litter problems in some areas. I know New York does anyway.
Salt Lake City is very nice. The people are great, there are lots of outdoor activities within a very reasonable distance, the city is very clean, the roads are nicely laid out, and the cost of living is quite reasonable.
Mumbai,India is a better city to live in Not only because I live here but also because it have all the hell pollution which i am used to LOL
I read a study of the cities that were the most friendly and Honalulu Hawaii came up as #1. It also stated that it also has the most eye candy per capita . From what I have heard elsewhere its also the most expensive. I have the article around somewhere, have to dig it up and give it another look.
Singapore is very nice. A bit expensive though, and you had better be a law-abiding citizen to live there. Oh, and... there are some very pretty girls in Singapore.
City! I would say cities are not at all best to live in. If you like to live in city then I must say you don't love beauty. If you are talking about the city then you must explained, what do you mean by best city. (cleanliness, facilities, lifestyle etc.) Otherwise you will not be able to get the best... out of this thread. Good Luck!
KID ROCK Not to turn this into a P&R slant but someone was discussing this the other day, I can't remember where...
