Best cheapest CPC network for trash traffic

    Hello,

    I using Adwords and I created ad (games etc. category) for traffic from 2nd and 3rd world countries (India, Mexico ...) and I set 0.03c for click, but i see only 10-20 clicks daily, of course i can set for example 0.30c but i think it's too much for traffic from 2nd world countries (and games etc. category), so is there any other cheaper CPC network?

    maybe adbrite is good? now i using adwords because adsense accept this traffic source, but what if i start using for example adbrite???

    i did some experiment on avnads a week ago and when i purchased the normal network traffic for 10$ i recieved like 5 times more because it takes time for the system to update on all the websites - if you buy mixed network traffic in $ small amounts you will earn alot more in short, good luck:)
