    Hi all,
    What do you consider to be the best categories for most forums related to software/hardware products? I realize I am probably about to get blasted for not being specific so let me explain a bit more. I know one popular category is something like "<product name here> Complaints & Grips!". It's a popular place for people to complain about whatever it is they own. So, in that vein, what are the most successful categories?
