Best caption/subtitle software?

    I am looking for software that will allow my company to caption/subtitle video.

    I know YouTube is awesome, but for whatever reason my company wants a paid software. What is the best captioning/subtitling sofware out there? And which programs allow (if any) auto transcription like YouTube?

    Subtitle Workshop is good enough. Also Subtitle Creator is nice.
