    Hello,

Can anyone recommend the best ebook(s) to get started on learning about this whole "making money online" thing. Are Joel Comm's books worth the money?

I am particularly looking for stuff pertaining to Adsense advertising.

    Thanks,
    Jordan

I would suggest DP:) I don't think an ebook can provide more info than this forum.

A website I would request is www.2createawebsite.com (No Affiliation)

    Cheers

    Hello,

All the books "making money online" will give you a few tips, try with Rich Jerk, of course they will not tell you step by step how to earn money, but is good to get some tips. Another book is Seobook, this is basic if you want to get traffic in your site...

    Best,
    Jakomo

The problem with books is that a lot of the authors never made what they claim until they decided to write a book to make money. If you really made millions of dollars with great ideas would you want to spend your time selling those ideas?

The other problem is by time the book is finished and released and circulates, the information is outdated and useless. Check out what others are doing on here and separate the bull from truth and you can learn quickly. Get rich quick on the net is very rare these days and most books don't tell you that it takes tons of time and lots of hard work.

If you browse/search/request in the freebie forum here on Digital Point, many of the webmasters give away free ebooks about adsense. I hope you find some good stuff. I love reading the forums and learn something new almost everyday. (easy for me to learn since I don't know too much yet)
And then there is always the option to just post your question right out in the open :). Type your question in the search bar here at the forum before you post it and you might find a treasure chest of information.
    Good luck with your campaign.

Right, try searching the Freebie forum first to see what you can come up with. I think I have a few useful e-books (not written by me but have rights) that might help as well. I'll dig around and pm you the link

One more adsense e-book to add to your collection is: The AdSense Mint. Nice, informative, not getting into useless details.:)

The Internet is the best book! You can find a bunch of social networks, sites, blogs, forums and so on where you can learn and find the best selling niches.
