Self hosted wordpress all the way. Why let someone else have control over your money site? I learnt that the hard way.
i think wordpress and blogspot is best blogging sites .... many people used wordpress and blogspot to doing blogging for support SEO techniques ... Thanks for sharing this information
For platforum, I prefer wordpress. For any sites that already exist...probably livejournal, blogspot, or blogger. It depends.....
Wordpress.com is the ultimate blogging script, but blogspot is best for pages browsing, since it is hosted on google servers.
Well this is not a tough question. A blogger with a SEO insight will go for "Self Hosted WordPress" or "BlogSpot"
I started with blogspot and actually i like it. Maybe - would be just because there is no numbered page navigation like in wordpress is.
After using blogger.com and wordpress.com and other free blogging platforms, almost everyone migrates to wordpress self hosted blog. It only costs you a hosting account, free or paid, and in return provides you tons of features and flexibility.
I have blogs on both Blogger and my own site (using WordPress). If you are anxious to start writing, Blogger is probably the easier one to get started with. If you like tinkering with templates, customizing features, and want to learn something new, WordPress is the way to go. In addition, I think it is better to have your content on your own site. If you have taken a lot of time to write your posts, you wouldn't want to have them arbitrarily disappear one day because, say, somebody accused you of spamming or something. Just back up your material and keep it under your control.
Wordpress seems to be getting the votes here. And self-hosted in that you can customize everything. So what do you guys think of the Thesis theme?
I like Blogger and Webs.com. Webs.com is not as popular but if you need just a bare bones "template" site, it's user friendly
