    Hi all,
I am looking for a blogging service that gives me some freedom in ad placement, as well as maybe link placement.

I am sort of new to blogs. What blogs allow me to place adsense anywhere I want? What about other ads? I am ok with paid services :)

Thank you very much in advance

IF you are ok with paid services then try to get your own domain name and hosting.. Install Wordpress and then do whatever you like.. Use themes , do paid posts , use adsense to earn whatever you can.

Wordpress has a bunch of plugins which allow you to control where on the blog your ads appear.
