    Hi there,
    There is no such as "The best plugins", unless the plugins itself.
    To me, I think WordPress Google Plus Comments is pretty good.

    Maybe you could be just a little bit more specific with the question.

    There are many WP Plugins for many different things.

    For Blogging, I dont know too many free plugins for blogging. The paid plugin I really like, though is WP -Simplicity.
