Best Blog traffic site

    What would any of you say is the best Blog traffic site, I mean one like:
    http://www.blogexplosion.com

    Where you can buy credits for visitors real cheap and they give you a nice bunch of visitors, these visitors click on your blog after seeing the image, or a banner etc that represents it.

    BlogExplosion was great for awhile, now I see its about a trickle these days... what ones HOT....... Thanks
