i think wordpress is best coz: 1. It is free and it is very feature rich. 2. it is very easy to use. 3. the code is very simple, so you can do a bit of modification yourself, and you need to know basic programing & php. 4 there are lots of very high quality freely available themes. 5. it has a very big list of plugins...you just name it, and you'll get it as wordpress plugin!!! Hope these 5 points are sufficient for for the evaluation of wordpress.
