    I bought this domain on Aug 31, 2010 but this blog started running on 14 sep 2010 when I bought the hosting and if you buy this domain I will also give you the hosting which is for 1 year with every thing available and Unlimited.

    I am currently asking this price only for the good domain once I got the PR and alexa below 50k the I will change it to $30,000+ and I also have contacted Darren Rowse and John Chow with the same price.

    3 words, 11 characters; it's not that good of a domain and it sure as hell isn't worth 20k, let alone 30k.

    Have you ever seen the godaddy's featured domain auction there people sold sites with 0pr no alexa rank and no meaning domain names at prices like 35k & 50k. If i am unable to sell it here then after getting the pr and good alexa I will also add my domain to their featured domains.

    Those domains are shorter or have age to it. It's not the the owner just registered it and thought, "Hey, that's a good name. I'll sell it for thousands."

    Yes you are right they are small but not all most of them are around 7-8 letters.

    And I know that the domain age is very important, but I think there is no problem if i am try to sell it now because it is free here and thats why I haven't added my domain to godaddy's paid auction.

    Well , as you can buy tipsforblog.net and tipsforblogs.net from Godaddy today for $9.99 less a coupon discount , yours is a dot com and has some backlinks , auto content but no PR so maybe $25...
    Its pie in the sky at 20 large ,
