Best Banner Rotation Software

    High I need a free banner rotation software. Please point me in the right direction. I would like to run this software directly from my server and be able to control the number of impressions each banner can receive, as well as its duration.

    What do you think about "Max Banner Ads"? But it is WP Plugin.
