Best Banner Advertising Script

Hi all

I need recommendations for a good banner advertising script, one that has good statistics etc... but more importantly one that allows publishers to sign up, pay and upload and manage their campaign themselves.

I have Installed openads, but it is bit difficult to configure, their docs don't seem to help. any help an easy way to configure it?
