The best tool apart from Yahoo and Google is the backlinkwatch tool which gives you more information regarding the backlinks.

 

i use backlinkwatchdotcom this tool is really helpful in determining your backlinks and it will determine if your backlinks are do follow and no follow

 

is possible to convert yahoos backlinks as google back links

Try to use traffic travis (free version). I'm using it for a while without any problem.

Yahoo Site Explorer does a good job of this, also sorts the links from subdomains too

 

I'm using market samurai to check backlinks. The backlinks are sorted to each anchor text.
