What's the best backlink checker? The ones I use miss a lot and don't update as often as they should... (how on earth do they even work)?

Is there any that can look up multiple URLs at once?

The best back link checker you can use is by not using any of the backlink checkers but by checking manually with the operator of link:domain

That will give you a true measure of what links Google can see going into your site.

Those links are a fraction of the links that are out there. I want to see backlinks as fast as possible to measure if marketing approaches are working.

.....also typing in info:<domain_name> in the Google searchbox will give you a summary of the domain as Google sees it, including when the site was last cached/indexed as well as how many backlinks the site has.

I suggest using Yahoo Siteexplorer, but you can also select any of the 30 backlink checker tool and analysis.

Use Yahoo, it's more accurate than Google and most of the other backlink checking tools use it as well.

I think link:yourdomain.com is the best to see the main links which google can see and yahoo site explorer is the best for viewing all backlinks to your site which google does not show from link command.

It's not worthy to trust any tools... I prefer to check manually.. link:website name..
