Well, one thing you definatly need to do is market your site to your target audience. I can give you some advice on that, but I need to know a few things... So, PM me if you wish.
It depends on the amount of traffic you are currently getting. I suggest to increase the traffic first and then start monetising it using PPC (Pay Per Click) and PPL (Pay Per Lead) methods. As far as PPC is concerned you can work with affiliate networks like Adsense or smaller ones, which in some cases are better and more flexible. One of the best ones is my signature. For PPL you should get an account with a broker like CJ (Comission Junction). It will allow you to find relevant and profitable programs and place banners on your web sites.
Adsense works great but as Zaccaria said, you need to market to your target audience. They won't know you are out there unless you let them know.
Thanks for all of the replies. I would really like to know what you all thought about what kind of script I should put on these sites. As for the online auction sites, should I use the EPN affiliate script that I have running on them, or actually add a script to run my own auctions? Anyone have any ideas abotut the funnypicturedaily.co site? Matt
