Best automated or semi-automated link-exchange software

Hi guys,

Would anyone know of any good software to exchange links. This process is quite tedious, and it would be really a big time saver if there was a software out there that would do most of the repetitive and tedious job.

Of course the software would need to be powerful, allow for customization, be easy to install, be user friendly, and very important, be search engine friendly!

i try to use this system but it only have scripts based on php and asp.. my site use only plain text.. selected from a database..
