Best aussie webhost for under $10 to $15/month?

    What is the best australian webhost ofr under $10-15 per month? If cheaper even better.

    I want it reliable , 99.9% uptime and I want it for hosting my online shopping business.

    Also, I will need dedicated SSL at some stage and I will need for average shopping traffic..in other words I want to have the capability to expand in future if business goes well.

    No, but are they australian based?

    Plus what is the difference between Linux & Windows OS - what is better or preferred?
