Best Article Web software

    I would like to create a site that can have articles submitted possibly and might want to either build a site around it or dedicated. Any advice on the good ones?

    You should use a CMS like Joomla for doing this
    If you are comfortable with WordPress even that can be used

    wordpress can be pretty good, with the right plugins installed, if you want to use wordpress for this and need further help, drop me a pm.
