There are so many good article directories with higher pr. You can start submitting to them one by one and it may help you in your goal.
Ezinearticles is the KING of article site. You can also submit your sites here. xooarticles buzzle isnare articlesbase articlerich articlecity articlecat thx. -------------------- Winner is everywhere.
There are plenty of article directory submission available on net, but only few of them are good like ezine, articlesbase, articlesnatch, goarticles, and articlealley.
If I have for example 50 articles I want to publish. Is it best to submit all to ezinearticles or should I submit different articles to different articles directories?
Firstly submit it to EZINE, when they are approved, you can spun it with some softwares then can submit to other article directories....
Apparently many high PR sites are there for submitting but I think its better off with Q & A websites similar to yahoo answers which is easy and gets u many dofollow links. Articles sites like ezine and hubpages will help u in the longer term. If your article remains on it for sometime it will gain in PR and then you would have gotten a nice PR 2-3 page linking to you. But without that its not worth anything. So just check if some of your articles on these sites are gaining PR over time. You can even edit them later to add links.
Is it enough to post to only 1 or a few article directories if you have say 20 articles for seo purposes. Is it not better to post to more different article directories to get links from sites with different ip-numbers?
Personally from my experience as an article marketer since the last few years i follow certain rules when it comes to picking article directories to post articles: 1. Faster Indexing - How quickly your articles are picked up by search engines 2. SERP results - This is crucial, how much power these sites can give to your article wherein you can rank easily for longtail keywords 3. Backlink power - That is, when you search for backlinks to your site, which of these sites show as giving you a backlink. The following are the sites that i believe meet the above criteria and is a kind of my personal ranking (I have been in this field since 4 years so i know what i am saying)*: 1.articleblast.com - faster indexing and your article remains on their homepage for quite sometime after publishing 2.1articleworld.com - faster indexing and excellent backlink juice due to the display of your article on homepage for sometime 3.thefreelibrary.com - very good indexing rate 4.goarticles.com - excellent backlink juice 5.ideamarketers.com - Excellent backlink juice and indexing power8. articleslash.net - Excellent indexing rate, article also displayed on homepage 6.bharatbhasha.com - Article displayed on homepage and backlink juice is immediate and stays. 7.snipsly.com - Excellent indexing power 8.Articlesnatch.com - can rank very well for long tail keywords 9.Articlesbase.com - can rank very well for long tail keywords 10.Articlerich.com - Faster indexing and backlink counting by Search Engines. * This ranking is my personal choice, neither am i affiliated to any of these sites, this is just from my personal experience after using these sites extensively. Never submit all to ezinearticles, rather if you ask me submit the originals to ezinearticles and then make the articles unique and then start submitting it across high PR article directories that i have mentioned above. Yes, you are right, more article directories gives you more backlinks, but do make sure the article is unique enough for the backlink to be counted by search engines, placing the same article across a network of 100 article sites is not going to do any good and will waste your effort, do have a strategy and plan in place.
It's true, there are a lot of good article sites. I'd like to take this opportunity to point to another one that most have not heard of yet, as least not as an article site: Axelis. As a directory Axelis has been around for years. Earlier this year I added an "Article Magazine" to it. Not many articles there as yet, but I've just this week started doing a lot of marketing on that side of it. As it is with blogs, it is also true with article directories: No matter how much marketing one does, it is the content that will eventually drive the success of the site. With an article directory, that means submissions! If you submit it, they will come. So, in addition all the other great article directories mentioned above I would humbly suggest posting your articles at Axelis as well. After all, it's free and only takes a minute. Also, all our directory links and articles are "edited by smart and pretty girls usually within 24 hours." Besides, by submitting you encourage others to do so which in turn increases the quality of the site and everyone benefits.
That is an interesting list COBsolutions, is there a reason you did not include Ezine in it? it is my understanding that they are the premiere article repository.
The problem with that strategy is that if you submit the same article to more than 1 site, the duplicated articles will not be included in the search results (or at least not be as powerful) and if your try to write individual article for each site can be laborious. You can try spinning, if done correctly is still very effective (only if it is done correctly) Some people will say that search engines will pick up the footprint of a spun article, But I can assure you that is not the case. Or if you have a budget you can get articles written very cheaply by outsourcing them. In any case a well spun article can be very effective.
- http://e-articles.info PR4, article gets translated to 16 languages (Fr, Es, Cn, etc...) for international exposure; article displayed on homepage too
I was going through some of my backlinks and comparing them to my article submissions last night. Many articles haven't been indexed from a few months ago and many only show one backlink from the article. There is also not a single link showing from ideamarketers which I found surprising. Articlefeeder, articlebiz, and articlerich were my top producers outside of ezine.
