Best Article Directory Script?

    PHPLD isn't really what I am looking for, there isn't enough functionality for authors there, I want something like ezinearticles.com.

    I have been using the AticleMS script for the past 5 years...It is the only free, fully supported, article directory script out there...And it beats most of the free/pay article/cms sites hands down.

    Not only can it be used as an article directory, but also be easily used as a cms.

    For me, the best thing about AMS is its skinability...within a few hours, and a little experience, you can modify any XHTML/CSS template to use with your installation.

    I am also thinking for some time about launching an article directory. I found articlefriendly directory. It looks nice and costs not much, 50 $ plus 30 $ if you can't install it by yourself. Is anybody already using this script.
