What is a good company for cheap shared hosting that gives unique IP addresses for each domain? PHP, MYSQL, Etc.

Shared hosting and free unique IPs? If there were Unique IPs it wouldn't have been shared hosting. Some people that have rented servers do give unique IPs though with their server reseller hosting

Thanks! I fully expect to pay for the additional IP addresses, just looking for hosts that offer this ability without getting a dedicated server.

 

Dreamhost does it as far as I know, but their IPs cost too much, whats your budget?

Pair Networks charged $1 for dedicated IP (there's some setup fee but if you purchase 20 or more IPs the same month, the setup $ will remove)

They provide share hosting as well.
