I've been offered quite a lot for one of my sites.

What is the best way to proceed with a possible sale.

We are talking in the $XXXX range and I dont know the buyer at all.

Just want to make sure I'm not getting scammed.

Sell it through Sedo and let them worry about getting the money, or escrow.

SEDO is simple to use it does take a bit longer than escrow but the fees may work out a lot cheaper. Both SEDO and Escrow are simple to use, you just sign up and follow a simple process.
