If you have the money the quickest way to get traffic is through PPC. But if you are new to PPC becareful because if you do it wrong you can lose money fast. But if you are just starting out I would write good quality articles that provide value to your readers..
I get most of my targeted traffic from video sites. I submit only quality video every one a week with highly search volume keyword & getting good traffic, specially from youtube
Video marketing is by far the best way to really communicate with your audience, also tapping the offline market is a good idea
Take this a step further and submit it through Pixelpipe or Tubemogul. I think that they are both free and they will deliver your video to many outlets other than Youtube. It is time comsuming but well worth the effoert once you are set up.
