Well, these sites are helpful for getting traffic but not for backlinks, as the ads remain for certain period of time.

We've been online for over a year now. Large US traffic. By the way, classifieds may not be all that good for link building, but there's probably nothing better to get traffic to your site or online business than a good classifieds. And it's usually free.
eric_wahlberg i don't know how you will do that,i was just doing clean job and i got 2 back-links from Craigslist,i checked it on my Google webmaster tools
