    google analytics is useful tool for free but there are also some paid tools which are really good like stat counter, woopra and Piwik. these are really good to optimize your visitors and pages.

    you are recieving too many answers...but i think that first of all you have to decide your requirements...every tool is good..but all are having some of their significance and specialties...so you have to select the best one on the basis of your requirements and works.
