    Well not the exact age but the love that happens in school time is the real and innocent one because at that time the lovers don't care about the world and all the worldly matters and they truly love each other. As we grow up we start to think about many other things other than just the love so it does not remains pure.

    There is no 'best time' its all about the best person and it all being right. I would say its when you are ready to be in a committed relationship though.

    I do really regret about such persons who don't have a second part or even don't want to fall in love with somebody.
