Best affiliates that accept incentive traffic?

I am looking to join some affiliates that accept incentive traffic. Has anyone had any positive experiences with any that they would like to share?

Anybody can explain whats incentive traffic? I've joined the program above, put banners to my website like
"Register and get chance to win 50" plazma!"
No success. What's is the secret? Please explain.

 

Copeac has many incentive offers.

 

Those sites that were listed above convert poorly and pay even poorer.
I've only found one incentive-safe affiliate that I like, and that is CPAStorm, I get good conversions there.

Yah, i used to run offers from copeac and cpaempire, but they both have very few offers for incentive sites. I also run cpastorm and I love their offers. Any others?
