Best Affiliate that works on bought traffic?

    I'm planning on joining an affiliate that pays by paypal, i just want to set it up and buy lots of traffic from many sites.

    Any ideas which is best to take part in and watch the sales go?

    i can get traffic free from many sites good connections.
