I would go for Clickbank, Commission Junction & PayDotCom...

 

As a complete beginner I would stay away from CPA/affiliate networks alltogether. Theres way too much to learn before you can even think of trying to make money from them. There networks prefer to work with slightly more experienced marketers that have some experience in a few different types of marketing. A LOT of time is spent testing out campaigns which can be costly if you have no idea what youre doing. I would recommend starting out with something more simple until you get some experience.
